The Mycandy Arena project stems from the idea of creating a mini racetrack for remote-controlled cars, both electric and gas-powered, with a national and international interest base. It was born from the desire of the Prealpi R/C Association, under the supervision of Andrea Grigoletto, to bring a recreational sports activity to our territory that allows people of all ages and physical characteristics to participate, fostering new synergies and collaborations. Many years ago, there were many enthusiasts of this hobby in the Belluno area, and now, partly due to the non-existence of tracks, the new young individuals who could develop a passion for this fantastic world have no way to train or even try to begin. For this reason, the association is keen on realizing the Mycandy Arena. This new reality in the municipality of Borgo Valbelluna will provide an extra boost to the youth of the province. In fact, thanks to the establishment of the Mycandy Academy, a sort of academy aimed at direct collaboration with schools, a reality already tested in advanced countries like China, the Mycandy Arena will be ready to be reached by the most important core of our society: the youth.

Mycandy Academy
The Mycandy Academy project comes from the need to involve all the children aged between 8 and 12 from the primary schools of the municipality of Borgo Valbelluna, to give them the opportunity "without initial costs for the parents" to become engaged in the magical world of dynamic modeling. This need arises mainly from the observation that in recent years, too many young people from an early age spend too much time on video games, the internet, tablets, and smartphones, losing sight of the real sense of time, friendships, passions, and especially social relationships. Furthermore, this magical world will seek to restore manual skills, familiarity, and curiosity in the child, qualities that have unfortunately been lost in recent generations. The academy will subsequently remain a reality that our association wants to continue, also with young people interested in learning and becoming passionate about our magical world of modeling, regardless of their background, with the difference that an association membership card to the track and official enrollment in the Mycandy Academy will be required.
