The Silk Moth Museum documents one of the main economic activities operating in the area from the late Eighteenth century to the early decades of the Twentieth. It aims to restore some traces of personal and collective memories, through material of great interest to tell the new generations and external visitors about the complex agricultural, industrial, scientific, and social world that for a long time revolved around this activity. The Museum is ideally located in the former Maffi spinning mill, in San Giacomo di Veglia, a hamlet of Vittorio Veneto.
