Il ristorante riesce a coniugare la suggestiva struttura dell'antico mulino con lo stile raffinato e luminoso delle sale. Il sapiente restauro ha mantenuto l'identità della struttura ricavandone, oltre alla sala principale, raccolte salette caratterizzate da soffitti a volta in tavelle di cotto e uno splendido giardino sul fiume. Al di sotto della quota del fiume dove un tempo trovavano posto le macine invece è stata ricavata un suggestiva cantina, che preserva l’identità del territorio proponendo una varietà di etichette del territorio e non solo. Le sale maggiori possono ospitare cerimonie, meeting e cene aziendali; mentre le salette minori accolgono il cliente in un contesto familiare, intimo e riservato.Nelle giornate estive è possibile rilassarsi nel nostro giardino, allietati dallo scorrere del fiume Meschio e dalla costante brezza proveniente dalle colline circostanti.
