The restaurant manages to combine the evocative structure of the ancient mill with the refined and bright style of the rooms. The skillful restoration has preserved the identity of the structure, creating, in addition to the main dining hall, cozy small rooms characterized by vaulted ceilings made of terracotta tiles and a splendid garden by the river. Below the level of the river, where the grinding stones once were, an evocative cellar has been created, preserving the identity of the territory by offering a variety of local labels and more. The larger rooms can host ceremonies, meetings, and corporate dinners; while the smaller rooms welcome guests in a family-like, intimate, and private context. On summer days, it is possible to relax in our garden, enjoying the flow of the Meschio River and the constant breeze coming from the surrounding hills.
