The Dead Lake is located in the heart of Val Lapisina. The hiking route starts from the beach and runs completely along the lake, with gentle ups and downs. The trail is well marked, and along the path, there is a fitness trail and picnic areas. Upon reaching the northern shore, you pass through the village of Fadalto Basso and arrive at the Blue Lakes Park. From here, you return to the main path to go back to the starting point. A little curiosity: the name of the lake derives from the fact that this body of water appears to have no inflows or outflows, being fed by underground infiltrations from karst springs on the right side of Col Visentin and from a small stream, the Vallon della Fontana.
