The Mis cliff develops on a small limestone monolith located just above the road that runs through the Val del Mis. It is a solitary, silent, and often windy crag, a sort of guard tower at one of the northern entrances to the Dolomiti Bellunesi Park and the magical Valle del Mis. The routes are short and generally very intense; caution is advised as there are some bolts at a short distance from the ground.
Access:
Reach the village of Ponte Mas, cross the bridge over the Cordevole, and follow the signs for the Val del Mis. Pass in front of the Certosa di Vedana complex and then reach the small village of Mis. From here, follow the road that winds up the narrow valley for about 12 km; along the way, you will skirt the lake, cross a first bridge over the stream at the junction for the village of Gena, and go through numerous tunnels carved into the rock. Park on the right shortly after the end of the tunnels and just before an iron bridge that crosses the Mis and the location of Titelle, at the symbols of the Dolomiti Bellunesi Park. Climb the steep forest starting from the immediate vicinity of the parking lot, along trail traces without a mandatory route until you reach the cliff.
