The company aims to carry out the activity of insurance agent for "Generali Italia S.p.A. - Bu Cattolica" or other companies within the Generali group, for the promotion and management of insurance contracts of any kind, as well as for the collection of subscriptions to open pension funds. The company may also act as an insurance agent for other insurance companies, in compliance with current regulations. Furthermore, it may carry out, within legal limits, all real estate and immovable, industrial, commercial, and financial transactions, including the provision of guarantees (sureties, endorsements, mortgages, pledges, and similar) in favor of itself, guarantees directly or indirectly related to the corporate purpose, deemed necessary or useful for the achievement of the corporate purpose itself.
