Santuary in neo-Gothic style, inaugurated in 1878 but consecrated in 1907.
It is part of the parish of Santa Lucia - Sarano, in the diocese of Vittorio Veneto and the deanery La Colonna, which includes the municipalities of Susegana, Mareno - Santa Lucia, and Vazzola - San Polo.
Inside, the church contains valuable works, including the main altar, built in 1913 according to a design by Rupolo, the painting depicting Saint Rita, executed in 1944 by Bruno De Giusti, the Stations of the Cross, created by Luigi Da Rios, the wooden crucifix, carved in the 18th century and attributed to the school of Andrea Brustolon, the holy water font, and the statue representing Saint Lucia, the latter two sculpted by Blessed Claudio Granzotto.
