Located in the heart of Moriago della Battaglia, the church is a symbol of rebirth, rebuilt in the early post-war period after the destruction of the conflict. The structure stands out for its clean lines and solid architectural presence that dominates the town.
The interior houses the famous altarpiece by Pordenone, a Renaissance masterpiece from the 16th century that was miraculously saved from the bombings. Together with its tall bell tower, the building today represents the main historical and artistic landmark of the community along the Quartier del Piave.
