The church of San Liberale, located in Gaiarine, is a single-nave building, flanked by a room used as a storage area that ends with a terrace from which the red brick bell tower rises. The facade is closed by a pediment; the entrance portal is surmounted by a semi-circular window, an architectural element that is also replicated on the two sides of the building.
Due to its construction characteristics and the materials used, particularly the stone of the perimeter masonry, the church is considered contemporary to that of San Rocco. Inside, there is a painting depicting San Liberale in warrior attire, as well as a ceramic statuette of the Madonna of Loreto.
