La Casera Le Rotte, located near the ancient Cimbrian village in the area "Le Rotte", was restored in the '90s by the Dell'Antonia family who still manages it today. It has retained the typical features of the old structure and the interior decor such as the characteristic "larin" (fireplace). You can taste the typical dishes of the local tradition, especially from the mountains, such as pastìn (pork and beef hamburger) and venison with polenta. The cuisine is genuine and mostly features products from the farm. In summer, it is possible to dine outdoors enjoying the excellent view of the Cansiglio plain.
