Today the Birreria Pedavena has been renovated to meet the modern needs of catering and entertainment without forgetting its past. In order to become a flexible and welcoming structure, the Brewery has been divided into several rooms with different functions: - The Atrium and the Hall of Frescoes, - the Veranda, - the Hall of Elephants, - the Park.
Each of these areas offers characteristics of differet use, covering the most varied needs: you can simply drink a beer, have lunch with a typical dish or with a sandwich, you can listen to good live music and enjoy the shows organized by the Brewery; but you can also book the rooms for a wedding lunch, a business dinner, an award ceremony etc.
The garden also offers the opportunity to play tennis, padel, bowls and it has a children’s playground. Needless to say, the Brewery offers a huge variety of draft beers. For connoisseurs it is always possible to taste a particular beer produced exclusively for Birreria Pedavena: La Birra del Centenario, created in 1997 by master brewers on the occasion of the centenary of the Pedavena plant.
It is an unfiltered and unpasteurized beer with malts, hops and selected yeasts, all made with quite artisanal techniques and with a traditional long seasoning. Bar service also with the famous beer of the centenary of Pedavena.
