Preparation of pasta, cakes, brioches, chocolates, sandwiches, savory snacks, and small pizzas. Production of panettone, focaccia, and dove cakes. Depending on the holiday, typical sweets of the season such as: fava beans, pinza, crostoli, castagnole, and fritters. All products are handcrafted and conform to the oldest recipes. Preparation of gift baskets with home delivery. In season, artisanal ice cream.
