The Palù area encloses, within plant-based enclosures, oaks, alders, willows, plane trees and poplars in an arboreal and shrubby state, forming a network of meadows crossed by overhead watercourses with torrential conditions. It is an example of a natural park unique of its kind in Italy and is commonly referred to as 'closed fields'.
A picnic area with benches and tables is available.
