Pigs and poultry, red-spotted cows and brown alpine cows, sheep of the Alpagota breed, and goats grazing in Valmenera, breathing the pure air of Cansiglio. By purchasing our products, you bring a piece of nature to your table. Our specialty is the Valmenera sausage, made with layers of osso collo, pancetta, and sottocosta. Salami, Soppressa, and Muset are our other cured meats to enjoy and experience!
Among the cheeses not to be missed, our Crema Valmenera with its delicate aroma, creamy heart, and sweet flavor can be used for delicious snacks or as an ingredient in main courses.
