Casera Vecia is located in Valmorel, a district of Limana, in the heart of the Belluno Prealps. The agriturismo is born from a family history spanning four generations and is currently managed by Nicolò, who continues the business with a focus on quality and sustainability.
The facility offers typical mountain cuisine, linked to local products and peasant traditions, and proposes experiences and events at altitude for those wishing to discover the mountains and their landscapes. The agriturismo is open seasonally, on weekends, or by reservation.
Casera Vecia started as a mountain dairy, dedicated to milk production and pasture management. Today it is a complete agricultural company that combines ethical farming, local production, and enhancement of the territory. The Fassona Piedmontese cows live freely for several months each year, and their natural diet ensures their well-being. The supply chain is short: the cured meats and other products are made in-house using traditional methods, without compromising on quality.
Since 2025, the company has also introduced the first wine of Valmorel, grown at 900 meters and designed to accompany the traditional dishes of the cuisine.
Casera Vecia is a place that values the environment and natural resources, following sustainable and low-impact methods. Simplicity, passion, and hospitality make the experience welcoming and authentic. Every detail, from the dishes to the products, tells the story of the mountains and their traditions, offering direct contact with the territory.
