The farmhouse Al Ciod is located on a hill between the Asiago Plateau and Monte Grappa, in the municipality of Arsiè. A crossing point for various trekking trails, to be explored on foot, horseback, or by mountain bike, it offers a splendid panorama over Valsugana. The agricultural activity, closely linked to an ancient and natural system of breeding and cultivation, takes place on about ten hectares of land, among pastures, woods, and gardens.
The structure offers catering services proposing homemade, healthy, and flavorful cuisine: seasonal menus are varied, from homemade pasta to risottos with herbs and mushrooms, from stewed lamb to stuffed turkey.
Given the favorable climate, the garden produces multiple products: from the white asparagus of Bassano to the Lamon bean, from rustic potatoes to all small fruits. The products are almost entirely used for catering but are also partially sold.
On the farm, it is also possible to stay in double rooms, each with its own bathroom and independent entrance. Throughout the year, themed gastronomic evenings are offered. Guided tours of the farm, lessons on identifying wild herbs and mushrooms, cooking classes, and nature courses are also organized for guests.
